As a taxpayer and teacher in Norfolk's public schools, I don't think our leaders know what ``budget'' means. Try $50 for supplies and teaching materials for 25 students for one year!
Believe it or not, I'm a little over budget and using my own salary for Norfolk's future.
Could Mayor Fraim, Mr. Shinn or someone ``bail'' me out? I'll change my last name to Nauticus!
