Robin Renee Gustafson, 32, formerly of Bartonville, Ill., was pronounced dead at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 1997, at Virginia Beach General Hospital. She was killed when her car was hit by another vehicle in Virginia Beach.
She was born Sept. 15, 1964, in Peoria to Robert and Linda ``Kaye'' Bazhenow Gustafson. She was a customer service representative for Pitney Bowes in Virginia Beach.
Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Linda and Robert Walsh of Virginia Beach; her father of Bartonville; two stepbrothers, Joseph Walsh of Boston and Richard Walsh of San Francisco; and grandparents, Velma Bazhenow of Peoria and Royal ``Gus'' Gustafson of Washington. A grandfather and a grandmother preceded her in death.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bethel Lutheran Church in Bartonville, where she was a member. The Rev. Kenneth Tegtmeier will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel and a half-hour before services at the church. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens, Peoria.
Memorials may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or St. Jude Midwest Affiliate in Peoria.
