HENRY C. SIVIK

Dr. Henry Charles Sivik, 82, of 17511 Plantation Road died Jan. 28, 1997, in Portsmouth Naval Hospital.

A retired commander in the U.S. Naval Dental Corps, Mr. Sivik was a native of Erving, Mass. He was a veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam.

Survivors include his wife, Louise S. Sivik; two sisters, Julianna Samorski of Shelburne, Mass., and Viola Sivik of Pittsfield, Mass.; and a brother, Frank Sivik of Jacksonville, Fla.

A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Arlington National Cemetery. Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, is in charge.
