Stuffy's Homestyle Buffet opened at the Little Creek East Shopping Center at E. Little Creek Road and Shore Drive. The restaurant is a family run operation by Al and Kathy Iglesias and John and Deborah Walker.

BUSINESS EXPANSIONS

Harbor Group Real Estate in Norfolk acquired the 63,000 square foot shopping center, Robious Hall Shopping Center, on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond for $2.4 million.

RELOCATIONS

Hiller Systems Inc., a designer and installer of fire detection and suppression systems in Chesapeake, has moved to a 14,000 square foot facility at 833 Principal Lane in Greenbrier Commerce Park.

Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern has relocated its office from the Pembroke area to the Lynnhaven area at 448 Viking Drive, Suite 145. The new telephone number is 306-4000.

HONORS, AWARDS

Barker Campbell & Farley Advertising Agency in Virginia Beach received the 1996 Adrian Advertising/International Travel Competition gold award for its print ad for the Virginia Marine Science Museum's IMAX 3D Theater. The agency received the silver and bronze awards for museum print ads describing new exhibits in its recent expansion. In the complete campaign category, Barker Campbell received a silver award for a regional vacation promotion and, a bronze award for a brochure/TV, print ad promoting ``The New Virginia Beach.''

Loretta Hudson, trading as Hair Effects, filed Chapter 7 liquidation on Jan. 21. Assets and liabilities were not available.

Aquaponics-2000, health products, filed Chapter 7 liquidation on Jan. 21. Assets and liabilities were not available.

BKS Enterprise Inc., fire and water damage restoration, filed Chapter 7 liquidation on Jan. 21 with assets of $52,900 and liabilities of $205,532.37.

Pro-Per Tire Services Inc. filed Chapter 7 liquidation on Jan. 23 with no assets and $105,200 in liabilities.

GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS

C&M Oil Distributors received a $1.7 million contract for non-hazardous waste removal/disposal and misc. services at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth.
