WILLIAM K. MARTIN

William Kelly Martin, of the 1800 block of Greenleaf Drive, died Feb. 1, 1997, in Chesapeake.

A native of Norfolk, he was a student. He attended Elizabeth City State University and studied criminal law.

Survivors include his mother, Gloria Martin; two sisters, Sharon Martin and Tracy Martin of Norfolk; three brothers, Anthony Shepherd of Norfolk, Dell Martin of Carson, Calif., and Ricky Martin of Chesapeake; two aunts, Ruth Strother of Williamsport, Pa., and Laress Ebron of Norfolk; an uncle, Raphael Shepherd of Norfolk; and a host of loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, William Kelly Jr.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday by Elder Wesley Hardy in Cathedral of Faith, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Graves Funeral Home is in charge. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
