VICTOR H. BUNDY

Victor Haywood Bundy, 71, of the 200 block of Homestead Drive died Feb. 8, 1997, in Richmond.

A native of Pasquotank County, N.C., he retired in 1987 as a certified public accountant from Norfolk Dredging Co. after 38 years. He was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church; Ruth Masonic Lodge (NU)89 AF & AM; life member and past president of Southside Lion's Club; and recipient of a Melvin Jones Fellows.

Survivors include his wife, Elva F. Bundy; two sons, Stephen D. Bundy of Denver, Colo. and Kevin H. Bundy of Richmond; a daughter, Susan D. Wallace of Petersburg; three sisters, Flora Lamm of Rocky Mount, N.C., Edna Bunch and Alice Reid of Elizabeth City, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. John's United Methodist Church by the Rev. G.C. Shepherd. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 7 p.m. today at 1514 Eagle Ave., Norfolk. Masonic rites will be accorded at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John's United Methodist Church, 2709 Greendale Ave., Norfolk, or to Southside Lion's Club, c/o Albert Roosendaal, 2537 Bridge Road, Suffolk, Va. 23435. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements.
