Edith T. Mackey, of the 3200 block of Sir Meliot Dr., died Feb. 11, 1997.
Born in North Carolina, she was a member of the United House of Prayer for all People, Hickory, Chesapeake, and its usher board.
Survivors include her husband, Willie Mackey; a stepsister, Annette Harper of Franklin; two aunts; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in United House of Prayer for all People, Hickory, Chesapeake, by Apostle Ricardo Price. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
