The Citywide Student Council Association of high schools will hold a benefit, ``Totally '80s Rave II,'' today from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at the Pavilion Towers Resort and Conference Hotel ballroom on 19th Street at the Oceanfront.
The event is an annual fund-raiser of the Citywide SCA. Tickets are $6 at the door. Proceeds will be donated to the Virginia Beach Police Chaplains Association.
