Delmar A. Gallop of the 800 block of E. Onley Road, died Feb. 18, 1997, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Born in Currituck, N.C., she was a member of New Weeping Mary Baptist Church, Fentress, Chesapeake.
Survivors include a daughter, Genevieve Rogers of Norfolk; a foster-daughter, DeLillian Jones of Chesapeake; a sister, Adgenora Case of Powells Point, N.C.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild; and many other suriviving relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in New Weeping Mary Missionary Baptist Church, Fentress, Chesapeake, by the Rev. John C. Smith. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will be at 907 Tidewater Drive, Norfolk. The procession will leave from 4113 Reid St., Chesapeake. Fitchett Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
