Carlton Henry McClellan Sr., 66, of the 2000 block of Dingle Drive and formerly of Portsmouth, died March 3, 1997.
He was a member of Garden of Prayer Worship Center, Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Ms. Constance E. McClellan of Virginia Beach; a son, Carlton H. McClellan Jr. of Hampton; five sisters, Barbara Simmons, Zula Williams, Beatrice Rouse, Patricia McClellan, all of Buffalo, N.Y., Eleanor Woodward of Detroit; two brothers, Frederick McClellan of Portsmouth, Franklin McClellan of Buffalo; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Johnny Simmons of Buffalo; sister-in-law, Carolyn McClellan of Buffalo; and a special friend, Curtis Fletcher.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in P.G. Thomasson Funeral Service, Virginia Beach. Family will be receiving relatives and friends for visitation from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. ILLUSTRATION: Photo KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
