Police on Saturday identified a Navy man who was killed Friday morning when the bike he was riding was struck by an 18-wheel tractor trailer.
Tai A. Bodiford, 20, from Colorado died shortly after the the accident occurred about 6:40 a.m. in the 8100 block of Hampton Blvd.
Bodiford, who was stationed aboard the guided-missile cruiser Anzio, was traveling north when he was hit by the truck, which was traveling in the same direction.
No charges were filed against the driver of the truck, which is owned by Quality Carriers. KEYWORDS: ACCIDENT TRAFFIC FATALITIES
