George Charles Pope, of the 2700 block of E. Princess Anne Road, died March 3, 1997, in Sentara General Hospital. He was a Norfolk native.
Survivors include his wife, Adrienne Pope of Norfolk; three daughters, Samantha Williams, Alysia Pope and Angel Pope, all of Norfolk; mother, Ruth E. Pope of Norfolk; three sisters; two brothers; a grandchild; and many other surviving relatives and friends.
A burial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Riverside Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. The family will be at 9520 4th Bay St., Apt. 401, Norfolk. A family wake will be held in Fitchett Funeral Home, from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
