Alphonso Adams, left, and Julian Rose-Carmack, fifth-graders at

Tanners Creek Elementary School, have a new stamp for their Wee

Deliver mail service. It's a new issue, ``Helping Children Learn,''

that shows a father reading to his child. It was designed by artist

Christopher Van Allsburg. Children involved in the student postal

service received commemorative copies from Norfolk Postmaster Jacob

Cheeks.
