ALBERT LUTTRULL JR.

Albert Luttrull Jr. of the 700 block of First Colonial Rd., died March 16, 1997, in a local hospital.

Mr. Luttrull retired in 1967 from the Army as a staff sergeant after 20 years of service. He was in the 82nd Airborne Division and was a master paratrooper. He also served in the Korean and Vietnam wars.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Luttrull; three daughters, Sandra Sexton of Virginia Beach, Sharon Gregory of Fort Mill, S.C., and Gail Wilson of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Delores Schapker of Evansville, Ind., Betty Ann Rigo of Buffalo, N.Y. and Dorothy Almond of Fairmont, Ga.; and seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel, where a funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Larry Lenow. Interment will follow in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The family will gather following the service at 1861 Abbotsbury Way in Virginia Beach. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
