June M. Via, 67, of the 100 block of Allen Drive, died March 21, 1997.
She was born in Norfolk and was the widow of Everett Eugene Via Sr.
Survivors include a daughter, Terri Jarrell; a son, Michael R. Via; and a brother, William Smith, all of Chesapeake. She was predeceased by a son, Everett Eugene Via Jr.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Centerville Christian Fellowship by Pastor Timothy Lambert. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. Viewing for friends will be at the church from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday. The family will be at 1528 Waterway Circle, Chesapeake.
