ERNEST A. TOTH SR.

Ernest A. Toth Sr., CWO2 USN (Ret.), loving son, brother, husband, father andgrandfather, passed away Saturday, March 22, 1997, in Knotts Island, N.C.

At the time of his death he was employed as an engineering technician by the Department of Defense. He was also a member of the following organizations: Norview Masonic Lodge 113 AF & AM, Norfolk Scottish Rite Bodies and Khedive Temple of the Shrine, the Retired Officers Association and the American Legion.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his beloved wife, Anne B. Toth; five children, Daniel Patrick Toth and wife, Jennifer, of San Diego, Calif., Barbara A. Stegemann and husband, Frank, of Virginia Beach, Ernest Andrew Toth Jr. of Virginia Beach, Sharon J. Adams and husband, David, of Virginia Beach, Tamyra L. Natividad and husband, Jonas, of Virginia Beach; two stepchildren, William Hennessy and wife, Dena, of New River, Ariz., and Patricia A. Green of Kingman, Ariz.; two sisters, Margaret E. Toth and Clare E. Toth, both of Virginia Beach; one brother, John M. Toth and his wife, Carolyn, of Bullhead City, Ariz.; and 19 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Masonic rites will be accorded at 7:30 p.m. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Open Door Chapel. Entombment with military honors will follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and/or the American Diabetes Association. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
