R. KINNEY HORTON II

R. Kinney Horton II, 35, passed away at his home in Virginia Beach on March 31, 1997.

An electrician by trade, he enjoyed mechanics, photography, playing his guitar and science fiction. He graduated from Cox High School in 1980, and attended Tidewater Community College. Kenny was a generous, loving person who will be deeply missed by his family.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley A. Horton, and her family. He is also survived by four sisters, Mrs. Kimberly Lindsay Richardson, Mrs. Blair Lindsay Gerbase, Mrs. Jeri Lindsay Borer, all of Virginia Beach, Ms. Robin Horton of Newport News; three brothers, Kyle Horton, Kirk Horton and William E.E. Lindsay, all of Virginia Beach. Other survivors include maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E.H. Denney of Chesapeake, and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Lillian Bechdol of Florida.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by the Rev. Rick Hocker. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
