Harvey Hoskie, of the 3700 block of Red Barn Road, died April 3, 1997, at his residence.
Born in Como, N.C., he was the widower of Francie Hoskie and a member of St. Marks U.C.C., in the Berkley section of Norfolk. He was a retired heavy-equipment operator.
Survivors include a sister, Willie Mae Harris of Norfolk, and a brother, Clarence Hoskie of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Thomas Hart. Burial will be in St. Lukes Church Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing at 3 p.m. Monday. The family will assemble at 701 Easy St., Apt. A111, at noon for the procession. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
