Francesco Chiechio, 32, of NSWC Dahlgren and formerly of Norfolk, died April 8, 1997.
He was a native of Sicily.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Chiechio; a stepdaughter, Ashley Visnesky; a stepson, Jeremy Visnesky; a brother; three sisters; his mother; grandmother and grandfather, all of Sicily.
Service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at NSWC Base Chapel, Dahlgren. Burial to follow in Sicily at a later date. Visitation from 1:15 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel.
