CARLIE M. WASHINGTON

Carlie Marcia Washington, 3 weeks old, of the 3000 block of Dandelion Crescent died April 7, 1997, in her residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Norfolk.

Carlie was better known as ``Mama's Bright Eyes'' and, for you to know, she is sitting beside the Lord in his arms.

Carlie is survived by her mother, Shawntel Washington; her twin sister, Marie Stella Washington; her grandparents, Ralph W. Washington of New Jersey, Patricia Washington and her significant other, Glen Lee of Virginia Beach; her uncle, Sheldon Washington of New Jersey; aunt, Janaya Washington of New Jersey; and many more uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. today in Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel. A chapel service will be conducted in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Friday by the Rev. Len Taylor. Interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
