The family of a Pennsylvania man who was killed at an Interstate 95 rest stop came to the scene of the slaying to speak at an anti-violence rally.
Farrah Durham, the 18-year-old daughter of victim Bobby Lee Durham, said Wednesday it will be difficult to graduate from high school knowing that her father won't be around.
``It's hard,'' Farrah Durham said. ``Everyone else's dad is going to be there. . . He wanted me to graduate and finish school.''
Prosecutors contend that Michael T. Baggett, Khalif Rodriguez and Andre V. Carter robbed and killed Durham, 51, of Dover, Pa., on Dec. 18.
A Prince William County grand jury returned indictments this week against Baggett Jr., 20, and Rodriguez, 18, on charges of murder, robbery and using a firearm in a felony.
Carter, the alleged triggerman, was indicted March 3 on charges of capital murder, robbery and using a firearm in a felony. ILLUSTRATION: ASSOCIATED PRESS
