Derek A. Parker, 21, of the 800 block of Sir Lancelot Drive, died April 10, 1997.
A Norfolk native, he was a student.
Survivors include his father, Calvin Parker Jr., and stepmother, Katie Parker, of Chesapeake; brother, Troy Parker of Norfolk; and a host of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Ramonia Overton-Parker.
