Mary Doris Games, 71, of the 5500 block of MacGuffie St. died suddenly at herresidence April 22, 1997.
She was born in Ludiwici, Ga. Mrs. Games was the secretary of Bill Games Realty and previously employed with Traylor Optical Co. and Graybar Electrical. She was a Baptist by faith.
She was predeceased by her parents, Henry E. and Rozilee Smith Hires. Survivors include her husband, William T. Games Jr. of Virginia Beach; a son, William T. Games III of Virginia Beach; four daughters, Carol Ann and her husband, James Larry Arendall of Virginia Beach, Mary Elizabeth and her husband, Harold E. Hunter Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla., Connie Jean and husband, Edwin D. Leonard of Franklin, N.C., Peggy Rozilee and husband, Larry K.P. Webster of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren, Tammy, Natalie, Katie and Emily Leonard and Elizabeth, Adam and Jessica Webster; and a sister, Hazel Elizabeth Harrelson of Orlando, Fla.
Visitation will be held today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach. Services will be Friday, April 25, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Dr. Paul B. Watlington Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lake Taylor Lions Club. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
