MARIE P. WOODCOCK

Marie Powell Woodcock, 71, of the 1800 block of Camelot Drive, died April 22, 1997, in her residence.

Mrs. Woodcock was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. She was the widow of Herman Ross Woodcock and was preceded in death by her grandson, Brian Scott Mullins. She was a Roman Catholic.

Survivors include her daughter, Ann W. Rivers of Midlothian, Va.; a son, John H. Woodcock of Norfolk; four grandchildren, Margaret Ann Barber of Virginia Beach, John H. Woodcock of Chapel Hill, N.C., Christina R. Stockwell of Beaufort, N.C., Elizabeth Anne Mullins of Richmond, Va.; and a great-granddaughter, Allison R. Barber of Virginia Beach.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery by the Rev. Julian B. Goodman.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, will be handling the arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
