WILLIAM H. BEASLEY SR.

William Hyslop Beasley Sr., 62, died Thursday, April 24, 1997.

A native of Craddockville, he was predeceased by his parents, Milton E. Beasley Sr. and Frances Martin Beasley. He worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Accomac and was a member of Exmore Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Central High School and V.P.I., Blacksburg, Va.

Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Bunting Beasley; son, William Hyslop Beasley Jr. of Wachapreague, Va.; two brothers, M. Everett Beasley Jr. of Craddockville and Harry Martin Beasley of Belle Haven, Va.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 1997, in Exmore Baptist Church by the Rev. James Burks. Interment will be in Belle Haven Cemetery. Following the interment, the family will receive friends at their Craddockville home. Doughty Funeral Home, Exmore, is in charge.
