Mrs. Frances Dunlop Stein, 94, a lifelong resident of Claremont, died Wednesday, April 23, 1997, in Waverly Health Care Center.
She was the daughter of the late Emmett Dwight and Clara Mills Dunlop and the widow of Louis E. Stein Sr. She was a member of Claremont United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Stein is survived by a son, Louis E. Stein Jr. of Baltimore; daughter, Eve S. Gregory of Spring Grove; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held in Claremont Cemetery Sunday, May 4, 1997, at 3 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Claremont Volunteer Fire Department or to the Surry Volunteer Rescue Squad. Purviance Funeral Home is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
