Connie W. Grimes, 39, of the 200 block of Fernwood Farm Road, died May 5, 1997.
She was a member of United House of Prayer for All People, Chesapeake.
Survivors include two daughters, Lakinendara Grimes and Brittney Forbes, both of Chesapeake; parents, Helen C. and Willie F. Grimes of Chesapeake; three sisters, Vergia Gregory, Lilly Basnight, Zina Grimes, all of Chesapeake; two brothers, Terry Grimes and Jesse Grimes, both of Chesapeake; grandmother, Emma Jordan of Chesapeake; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in United House of Prayer for All People, 1433 Whittamore Road, Chesapeake. Pretlow and Sons Funeral home, Chesapeake, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
