OLGA E. PITT

Olga Etheredge Pitt, 83, of the 3300 block of Ocean Shore Ave. died in her residence May 21, 1997.

She was a native of South Norfolk and had lived in the area all of her life. A graduate of Virginia Intermont College and Peabody Conservatory of Music, she taught piano and was a choir director and organist for many years. She was the daughter of the late F.T. and Margaret M. Etheredge.

Survivors include her husband, Harry E. Pitt Sr.; three children, Beth Baum, Harry Pitt Jr. and Travis Payne, all of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

The body was donated to science. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of one's choice. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
