GET YOUR FILL OF THE KING AT FESTIVAL HONORING ALL THINGS ELVIS

HOW DO YOU take your King? Juggling? On stilts? Eating fire? Odds are he'll be at Viva Elvis III - ``Elvis Is Everywhere,'' running today through Sunday up and down the Virginia Beach Boardwalk.

The annual festival of all things Elvis kicks off with three nights of karaoke competition. But get a load of what's on tap this weekend: a parade, skydiving Elvii and all manner of impersonators, including the Eastern Shore's own Black Elvis. Jerry Presley, Big E's cousin, performs twice with The Jordanaires, Big E's backup singers.

TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY

Karaoke competition, 5 to 9:30 p.m., 24th Street Park

Thirty contestants will perform each night, with 10 semi-finalists named tonight and Wednesday for a chance to perform in Thursday's finals. Ten contestants also will be drawn at random for the finals. Participants must be present throughout each night's show to perform.

First place: $2,500; second place: $350; third place: $150. The three finalists will participate in the Elvis Parade Saturday at 11 a.m.
