CLYDE T. HENDERSON JR.

Clyde T. Henderson Jr. of the 7400 block of Hughart St. died May 23, 1997.

A retired supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service, he was a Jacksonville, N.C., native and a member of First Baptist Church Bolling Brook, Norfolk.

Survivors include two daughters, Trina Upshur of Norfolk and Rakisha Henderson of Chesapeake; two sons, Darryl Upshur of Chesapeake and Tyrone Upshur of Virginia Beach; mother, Maybell Henderson; three sisters, Barbara Murphy of Newark, N.J., Annette Taylor of Norfolk and Ruby Taylor of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Aaron Humphrey of Virginia Beach and Tiffany L. Henderson of Norfolk; seven grandchildren; fiancee, Joan Johnson of Norfolk. Mr. Henderson also leaves a host of other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his father, Clyde Henderson Sr.

A funeral will be conducted at noon today in First Baptist Bolling Brook by the Rev. Clifton Brown. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in the residence. Graves Funeral Home is in charge. ILLUSTRATION: Photo KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
