Velma C. ``Peggy'' Obey of the 1000 block of Charlotte St. died May 23, 1997.
A native of Norfolk, she is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. J.B. Williams. Burial will be in St. Luke's Church Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing Thursday at 3 p.m. The family will assemble at the chapel at 11:45 a.m. Friday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
