Oscar Wilkomer of Norfolk gets a little help with his belt from his
wife, Alice, on Thursday. Wilkomer has participated in all three of
the Viva Elvis festivals in Virginia Beach.
The all-female group Graceliners performs Thursday at Viva Elvis III
in Virginia Beach. Today's schedule includes Dennis Wise, performing
at 7 p.m. at 24th Street Park, and Young Elvis, performing at 8 p.m.
at 17th Street Park. The festival, featuring singers, karaoke, and,
yes, skydivers, ends Sunday.
