DOROTHY HOBENCAMP

Dorothy Hobencamp, 69, of the 3600 block of Gateway Drive, died June 5, 1997, in her residence.

She was a native of Bergenfield, N.J.

Survivors include her husband, James H. Hobencamp Sr.; daughter, Faye R. Evans of Portsmouth; three sons, James H. Hobencamp Jr. and his wife, Ruthann, of Chester, N.Y., Ronald M. Hobencamp and his wife, Joan, of Pearl River, N.Y., Lawrence V. Hobencamp and his wife, Betty, of Walden, N.Y.; sister, Anna Burkart and her husband, Bill, of Bergenfield; brother, Robert Hammett of Bergenfield; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Tom Potter. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
