GOLFER OF THE WEEK BONNIE MUNN - WACHAPREAGUE

Age: 52.

Occupation: Social services.

Handicap: 23.

Favorite course: Hell's Point. Perfect greens, awesome.

Lowest score: 83 at Loch Mar in Fallsburg, N.Y., to win a tournament.

Clubs: McGregor Jumbo driver and 3-wood, Taylor Made 4 wood, Wilson Ultra irons, Wilson putter.

Shot I dread the most: A sandtrap shot with no green to work with.

My dream foursome: Greg Norman, Phil Esposito, Don Mattingly.

Biggest golf gripe: Cheaters.

Most memorable shot: Hole in one in 1993 at Tennanah Lake, N.Y. I hit a 6-iron from 135 yards.

Funniest thing I ever saw on the course: A man in our foursome came out of the woods from getting the club he had thrown, and my friend and I were wearing Army helmets. ILLUSTRATION: Color photo
