Mrs. Carrie Belangia Wright, 91, formerly of W. Colonial Ave., died Wednesday, June 18, 1997, at Guardian Care Nursing Home.
She was a native of Currituck County and a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was the daughter of the late John and Carrie Harris Belangia and the widow of Clarence Elmer Wright. Survivors include a niece, Jeanne Shirk of Suffolk.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be in Twiford's Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. The family will assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Friday. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
