prepare to hang two paintings by Rembrandt that will be in a show

titled ``Rembrandt and the Golden Age - Dutch Paintings from the

National Gallery of Art.'' The two Rembrandts are ``Portrait of a

Gentleman with a Tall Hat and Gloves'' and ``Portrait of a Lady with

an Ostrich-Feather Fan.'' The show opens July 1.
