WINNIE C. MCDANIEL

Winnie Catherine McDaniel, 89, died Friday, June 27, 1997, in her residence.

A native of Pulaski, Va., she was the widow of William G. McDaniel.

Survivors include a daughter, Katherine Janet Lamb and a son, William D. McDaniel, both of Darlington; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Willis G. McDaniel.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. T.M. Frye. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hampton Roads Chapter, 20 Koger Executive Center, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
