Survivors include a daughter, Sandra L. Flora and her husband, Robert, of Norfolk; a sister, Mildred Davis of Berwyn, Pa.; two grandchildren, Robert J. and Kelly L. Flora; and two great-grandsons, Robert W. and Ross A. Flora.
