Fredrick Williams of the 3300 block of Colonial Ave. died June 27, 1997, in his residence.
Born in New York City, he was a member of the A.M.E. Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Nicole Branch-Williams of Virginia Beach; a son, Tyrone Williams of Newark, N.J.; mother, Elsie Scott-Williams of Norfolk; a brother, Howard Williams Jr. of Hawaii; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. J.B. Williams. Burial will be in St. Luke's Cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing at 3:30 p.m. today. The family will assemble at 6949 E. Tanners Creek Blvd. for the procession at noon. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
