Louise Baker Trexler, 67, of the 1100 block of Flobert Drive died July 14, 1997, in a Norfolk hospital.
A native of Norfolk, she worked for C&P Telephone for 18 years and was a member of Indian River Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Frank I. Trexler; son, Bruce Trexler of Norfolk; sister, Helen Midgett of Chesapeake; several nieces and nephews, including Joann Lee and Roland Midgett, both of Virginia Beach, Barry Midgett of Avon, N.C., and Patricia Chenworth of Boulder, Colo.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Robert Jordan. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to in Mrs. Trexler's memory to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, 600 Children's Way, Norfolk, Va. 23517.
