Paul Parker Kidder, 86, a former longtime resident of Dixfield, Maine, died July 15, 1997, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Kidder was a son of the late Fred and Flora Fletcher Kidder and was the widower of Bernice Norris Kidder. He was a retired foreman at the Boise Paper Co. and was a member of the Dixfield Congregational Christian Church. He was a 50-year member of the King Hiram Masonic Lodge No. 57, A.F. & M. and was an avid fisherman and gardener.
He is survived by two daughters, Mary K. Rich and her husband, Stan, of Franklin and Judith Redwine of Brunswick, Maine; sister, Ruth K. Evans of Punta Gorda, Fla.; brother, Wallace Kidder of Dixfield; five grandchildren, Casy and Morgan Rich and Sarah, Hannah and Nathan Smith; two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Hunter. He was predeceased by his son, John Kidder.
A graveside service with Masonic rites will be conducted at noon Saturday in Greenwood Cemetery, Dixfield, by the Rev. Ronald Ashworth. Memorials may be made to the local Masonic Lodge. Arrangements are being handled by Wright Funeral Home, Franklin and Wiles Funeral Home, Dixfield. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
