KEATHLEY NAMED SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATOR: Donna Keathley was named special events coordinator for the new Stein Mart store on Greenbrier Parkway. She will serve as a fashion show and special event coordinator for the store.

TWIFORD JOINS CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICE: Dr. Christopher F. Twiford has entered practice with Dr. William L. Vohringer. Twiford graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in April.

NORFOLK WORKS DEPARTMENT TO HOLD CONSTRUCTION JOB FAIR: The Norfolk Works Department will sponsor a Job Fair for the construction trades and minorities to bolster participation in the construction of MacArthur Center project. ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY RECEIVES AWARD: Engineering Development Laboratory, an engineering and manufacturing company specializing in electronic printed circuit board design and automated electromechanical assembly, received the Outstanding Supplier Award for 1996 from Canon Virginia. The award is presented to only 13 organizations out of 110 major suppliers. EDL, which has received the award twice, was recognized for its quality and on-time delivery.
