Elizabeth Bell of the 800 block of W. 47th St., died July 28, 1997, in a local hospital.
She was born in Walls, Miss., where she was a member of Mount Olive A.M.E. Baptist Church, Walls.
Survivors include her daughter, Ida Winters of Norfolk; two grandsons, Otis Winters Jr. of Washington, D.C., and Victor Winters of Virginia Beach; a son-in-law, Otis Winters Sr. of Norfolk; two loving friends, Denise Tillman of Virginia Beach and Alyce Hairston of Washington, D.C.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
