Constance Dow Moore, 73, of the 800 block of Quail Point Cove, died July 31, 1997, in her home.
Mrs. Moore was a native of Newton, Mass.
She is survived by her two sons, Richard Randall Moore of Overland Park, Kan., Mark Allan Dulaney of Hampton; her sister; Eleanor D. Cooper of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and two nieces.
Services will be private. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Laskin Road Chapel are handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23513. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
