Jennie Mai Gilbreath, 79, of the 1400 block of Shipp Ave., died July 29, 1997, in her residence.
She was born in Giles County, Tenn., and was a presser for Albano Cleaners.
She is survived by a daughter, Iridell Groves of Nashville; two sons, Floyd Coffey, and Reginald Williams and his wife, Chandra, all of Nashville; grandchildren, Erroll Groves, Michael Groves, Melba Hunter, and Debra Groves, all of Nashville, Evette Coffey, Frank Coffey, Evelyn Coffey, Eric Coffey, Jenice Coffey and Demetrious Coffey, all of Norfolk, Ronald Bills of Joliet, Ill., Iridell Cooper of Norfolk, Shelia Coffey, Shelly Coffey and Floyd Coffey Jr., all of Nashville; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in New Rising Sun Baptist Church by the Rev. Butts. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
