Age: 19.

School: Rising junior at N.C. State.

Handicap: Nothing official, but I usually shoot around 84.

Favorite course: Sleepy Hole. I enjoy this course because it has

not been very good to me, and I enjoy the challenge of arriving at

the course and trying to better my previous score. The work they

have done to the course is also a plus and provides for a great golf

outing.

Lowest score: 76 at Chesapeake Golf Club.

Clubs: Titleist DCI irons, Killer Whale driver, Big Bertha

3-wood, King Cobra 5-wood, Ping Zing putter.

Shot I dread the most: Any shot that involves water.

My dream foursome: Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Jack Nicklaus and

me.

Biggest golf gripe: Very slow play. People who have nobody

playing ahead of them who play slowly and cause a course full of

backed up and impatient golfers.

Most memorable shot: My first birdie. It was at the par-3 9th at

Suffolk Golf Course. I sank a 50-foot put uphill that broke from

left to extreme right and I sunk it.

Funniest thing I ever saw on the course: I was playing with my

roommate from college and he was not a very good golfer, but on a

par-3 he landed a ball 6 inches from the cup. He was so cocky about

the shot he had just made that he just went up to tap it in but he

didn't notice that the ball was buried about half an inch into the

green. The ball jumped 4 feet past the hole and he had to settle for

a bogey.
