PATTIE A. COFFEY

Pattie Anne Coffey, 35, of the 1100 block of Myrtle St., died Aug. 9, 1997, as a result of a traffic accident.

Mrs. Coffey, a Baptist, was born in Norfolk. She was employed with Vulcan Materials in Franklin for eight years and was a certified state weigh master in Virginia and North Carolina. She was a graduate of Brewbaker Academy, class of 1979.

Survivors include her husband, Tim Coffey; a son, Richard Stanley of Suffolk; her parents, Barbara Davis and William E. ``Buster'' Davis of Norfolk; two sisters, Catherine F. Flynn of Norfolk and Brenda L. Blagg of Mt. Olive, N.C.; and brother, William E. Davis Jr. of New Bern, N.C.

A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
