Antonyono Walter Chatmon, of the 1400 block of Meads Road, died Aug. 9, 1997.
A Norfolk native, he was employed by Roofing Service Corp. and a member of Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Monique Chapman; mother, Mattie J. Hinton; father, William White; two sisters, Onetia Hinton and Theresa Chatmon; three brothers, William Hinton, Anthony Hinton and Shawn Chatmon; step-father, William Edward Hinton; a very special friend, Marquita Chapman; grandparents, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Basilica of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church by Monsignor Walter Barrett. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is in charge. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
