EVELYN L. BELISLE

Evelyn Lillian Belisle, 75, of the 500 block of Elmhurst Ave., died Aug. 23, 1997, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

She was born Dec. 24, 1921, in Chicopee, Mass. She was the widow of the late Arthur Edward Belisle Sr. She was a retired bank purchaser. Mrs. Belisle was a Catholic.

She is survived by two sons, Arthur Edward Belisle Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla., and Edward D. Belisle of Chesapeake; one sister, Diana Maloney of Holyoke, Mass; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be conducted in the chapel of Twiford Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake, at 9 a.m. today. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. KEYWORDS: DEATH OBITUARY
