HALL NAMES TWO GENERAL MANAGERS: Hall Auto World, the Virginia Beach-based automotive dealership group, named Fred Miller general manager of Hall Acura/Virginia Beach, Hall Mazda/Virginia Beach and All-States Rental Car Sales in Chesapeake. He was general manager of Hall Acura/Newport News. Adam Zukerman was named general manager of Hall Acura/Newport News. He was general sales manager of Hall Acura/Newport News.

DEDICATION TO TAF GROUP'S NEW OFFICE: Dedication of The TAF Group's new offices will be held today at 1081 19th St., across from the Pavilion Tower Hotel. The TAF Group relocated after a fire destroyed their building at 100 Landmark Square in July. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 5:45 p.m. today.

KITCHEN TUNE-UP OPENS: Kitchen Tune-Up, a full-service wood care operation, has opened at 207 E. 42nd St. Scott and Jennifer Hellman are the owners. Kitchen Tune-Up is a national franchise with headquarters in South Dakota.

MCCASKEY APPOINTED PUBLIC RELATIONS COUNSEL: Scott B. McCaskey was appointed public relations counsel for Goldman & Associates. He has been a journalist since 1987 as a correspondent and staff writer for The Virginian-Pilot, the Daily Press and Port Folio magazine. He will handle media relations for clients.
